still have not been reimbursed

sell direct contacted me on a deal of the huawei media pad of R99 but they had to deduct R90 connection fee which they did and said that i qualify for the media pad but then after complaining about the services SellDirect called me and i was told i got declined the offer then i asked the young lady when my R90 will be reimbursed she said that it will take a day or two. its been 6 days and i don't see that R90 in my account. this needs to be sorted out. i don't see why it was so easy to deduct my money but the reimbursing is always a long procedure.
