Soooooo when will I get the promised call?

Ok, so you responded, thank you, but when will your service consultant be phoning exactly? And it doesn't excuse the fact that it's IMPOSSIBLE to get an answer when dialling your phones!!! And I still don't know how you checked and saw I'm not on your system. Who else are the other Telkom third parties???
