Sim still not activated

I took a contract with Sell Direct for Telkom mobile. Firstly the number you try and contact them on *** and *** does not work. The sim is still no activated. Telkom mobile cannot assist as its out of their hands. Sell direct doesnt reply to email Telkom has also tried to contact them to no avail. This is shocking and makes you worried cause if you have an issue NO ONE is there to assist. As a marketing company who prides themselves as being leaders in this market this leaves a bad taste and No recommendation from me. I will be charged for a contract I am unable to use cause of poor service and no regard for a client and real understanding of client services. I expect some copy and paste response with complete lack of empathy as the deal is done so after sales service does not matter.
