sim not active

I took a contract with Eugene Kalatsa from sell direct. Instead of activating me he passed the buck to Shaheeda and Fatima, who both failed to activate / migrate my number from prepaid to contract. The phone was delivered on the 19/03/2015 and the SIM card is still not active on the 02/04/2015. I have phoned and send sms too many times, and they keep promising to call me back, and I'm still waiting for their call up to now. I am very much disappointed at the bad service I'm receiving from sell direct and will DiISCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO TAKE CONTRACT WITH SELL DIRECT!
