SIM not activated and NO ANSWER

After waiting more than 3 weeks my LTE router suddenly arrives without notice. Requesting activation of the SIM I was told it will take 24 hours. 24 hours has gone and Telkom says they have not received an activation request from SellDirect, and I have to contact SellDirect.<br> <br> Phoning does not help, they simply don't answer any phone that I call, I have left the phone ringing for hours on end. They don't respond to any email either.<br> <br> If they don't answer this I will lay and activate my SIM I will lay a ******** complaint.<br> <br> <br>
