Sim not activated

I was sold a a Samsung J1,was delivered since then the SIM card is to active,I called the struggled to get through eventually the call was answered and was told that the processing department was activating the SIM card and that it would be working within the next 24hrs,it's now 48hrs since and still not active,tried their numbers numerous times this morning none of them being answered,they must come and collect this phone within the 5 day cooling period as I already see problems with them growing forward.
