sim not activated 3 days now

Hi took out contract with sell direct got my phone its been to long now i phone 4 to 5times a day no answer no reply on emailfrom my sales consultant abdulha daniels trough email. Its like they dont care. But when they had to take the admin fee it was done within 5 or 6 hours now its just tgank you cheers we dont care about you . This sell direct is costing telkom customers.
