SIM not activated!

The usual complaint on HelloPeter by tons of customers of SellDirect - my SIM has not been activated almost three weeks after starting my contract! I am posting on HelloPeter because I cannot get through to the SellDirect call centre i.e. no one answers! Surely the management at SellDirect is aware your poor customer service and the numerous amount of complaints posted here?<br> <br> Bottom-line, this website seems to be the best place to get of SellDirect to assist customers. I have never had reason to post on HelloPeter and thanks to SellDirect, I have made my first complaint via HelloPeter. I needed this SIM activated three weeks back - this is unacceptable!
