sim activation and not working charger

Activate my SIM, is been Two day and i acknowledged your service is poor. I was told to have prove of res and ID on time of delivery for rica, but i was told by the delivery guy that my sim is ricared already no need for what i have and later i tried to activate ! Omg poor service. And your charger came not working
