Shocking Service/ no delivery
I purchased a cellphone contract one month ago. My bank account has been debited with the innitial R90 fee on 11 September 2017. Todatei have not received my handset. I have called several times and each time the call is dropped. On one occation i was promised a call back to give me infirmation and noone called back. I have emailed twice and i still have no feedback regarding the delivery of the habdset. I was advised that i would receive confirmation of my purcgase via email and tidate have received nothing. Your service provided is shocking and unaceptable, and yiu have deducted funds from my bank without delivering. This is *****.

We have picked up that a number of orders were pending at the bank check and we consequently never released for vetting. Our I.T. department is currently resolving this error.
