Shocking Service

was contacted by Sell Direct for a new phone contract. signed up with them at beginning of July. they were in a terrible hurry to deliver the device, but I was on leave. eventually it was delivered on 20th July. I phone them every single day - IF and WHEN I eventually get through. they promise me that by the next day it will be done, but now 10 days down the line and they still promising - with all the excuses under the sun. I have been unusually very patient with them but am now just sick and tired of their excuses. they can fetch the phone for all I care, I will go elsewhere, where they know what service delivery is about and deserve to have the business.!! another thing, my contract includes 1G free data - well it seems I have used 4,7 MB in the last week, yet my phone hasn't even been activated - cant even get onto google anyway!!! explain that please!!
