Selldirect sales person **** to me to get the sale

<p>They are quick to sell you a cell contract (Telkom) by lying to people. </p> <p>Sell direct offered me a Telkom contract on Samsung Galaxy J1 ace neo and I was **** and deceived by Sell direct sales person wgo told me that i will get 1 gig for internet, 2 gig for whatsapp, 3000 free minutes every month and that i can use the free minutes to call all different networks.</p> <p> </p> <p>The right cellphone was delivered but i got the shock of my life when i called Sell direct on ********** to activate and i was told that the 3000 free minutes can only be used to call telkom cell numbers and landlines. I called sell direct more than 3 times and they promised to call me back and they didnt.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to call them again today and they are not anwering their phones. i want to cancel the telkom contract that i have with sell direct.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
