selldirect - ******* service!! not CellDirect folk

I was very hesitant to 'upgrade' my expiring 3G contract I had with 8ta (Telkom Direct) to a LTE contract via Cell Direct who managed to successfully pawn it to me telephonically. So far that has been their ONLY achievement. It is 20 days later and I still have ZERO connectivity. Numerous phone calls for activation and excuses about other contract not cancelled and reassurance on Friday the 20th that it WILL be sorted by close of business Friday - NOTHING.<br> This morning Monday the 23rd, the telephones just ring and ring on all three options available to clients.<br> I DEMAND THAT TELKOM SORT OUT THIS VENDOR AND ENSURE THIS CONTRACT THAT I HAVEN'T BEGUN TO USE, IS CANCELLED. There is much COMPETANT competition out there.<br> Telkom is suffering serious name scathing my allowing these guys to be associated with them.<br> <br>
