Selldirect poor service

I have a huge problem, happened on two occasions, I understand being in the queue for my call to be answered, but they eventually answered and asked me to hold the line, another 30 minutes went by and still haven't attended to my delivery query. Please please help me on this, absolute poor service, but excellent service when selling and marketing. So frustrating.
