Selldirect MISREPRESENT themselves

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY A CELL PHONE FROM SELLDIRECT.

I received a call from someone who said they were from Telkom (my service provider). He offered me a package for my upgrade. He MISREPRESENTED himself to be from Telkom. I bought the package. I then discovered that I did not buy from Telkom but SELLDIRECT. They caused me a major problem in my business by deactivating my old SIM card without warning!!! I received the new phone yesterday but had not had time to open the box. I was out of the office when SELLDIRECT just cut me off. Clients could not get hold of me and visa versa. I actually lost money by not being able to receive calls and service my clients on my old phone while I was out for the day. I spoke to their call center. I questioned this and was informed that they do not need to inform me when they disconnect my SIM card! The man was RUDE and unhelpful. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he disconnected the call. This is simply outrageous business practice.
