SellDirect GuardRisk is pointless, waste of money

I reported my daughter's cell phone that I insured with SellDirect GuardRisk stollen, did everything they told me to do but months later that phone is still not replaced. Every month the deduct insurence money even for the stollen phone but they DO NOT DELIVER AND STICK TO THEIR PROMISE.
