SellDirect - Extremely bad service

Morning, I have just received an Huawei phone which I never ordered and which I made clear over the phone that I did not want the Huawei. When I phoned today to discuss this a lady by the name of Zulfar told me they did not have the phone I ordered in stock. So what gives them the right to then send any phone without discussing this with me first. She was extremely rude and I also complained that they gave the courier Company the wrong address and for two days I have been on the phone with Courierit to sort this out. Now I receive a phone that I did not order with 2 sim cards. Shocking shocking service.
