selldirect bad service

so selldirect called me like it does with every other person and they said they were calling from telkom mobile and they offered me a phone which I gladly accepted. the phone was delivered with a booklet containing activation details. I called the number on the booklet and the phone just rang and no response. I'm not happy with this coz it seems like everyone is experiencing this with selldirect
