Selldirect awful service!!!
Horrible service there by Selldirect. I bought a contract phone via Selldirect in March. It took forever for it to be delivered to me. When it was finally delivered, the phone only worked half day, the following day it wasn't working. I called them and arranged for it to be taken back. When it was witb them, they kept quiet. Came 25th of April, the first installment went off and they continued being quiet. There after I have been the one doing follow up calls, asking what's going on, finally yesterday I am told that the phone model has been discontinued so I needed to rework another contract and it might take another week or so for them to deliver the phone of a new contract. Awful service. I swear I will never ever again associate myself with these people!!!
The unit in question was booked in for assessment for an Out of box failure which takes 14 business days to resolve.
The unit was accepted and you were contacted with an update date.
The contract cancellation has been put through to Telkom which will be resolved within 21 business days. Your account will also be updated upon cancellation of the contract.
