Selldirect and Telkom - dishonest, lying BAD BAD S

How does this happen? A call centre agent contact me 12 Oct 2015 by and mislead to believing that they were from Telkom and asking me to renew my Telkom mobile contract. The call centre claimed to be from Telkom which was the main misleading element. When the modem and sim card was deliverred I realised that the delivery is from Selldirect which made me suspisious. I called SellDirect and told them that I don't want any contract with Selldirect, I will only deal with Telkom directly. The call center agent told me that my contract is still with Telkom and Telkom will still be my service provider and debit order from my bank account will still be done by Telkom.<br> I visited Telkom and they have no knowledge of the new SIM or my upgrade. Telkom are not able to activate my new sim or upgraded contract. Telkom can't assist me and have nothing to do with them. This means the Selldirect call centre agent was lying to me.<br> Then my question is: WHERE DID SELLDIRECT GOT ALL MY INFORMATION FROM??? THIS IS ***** ! ! !<br> The device is not activated, the supplier is now Sell Direct who is parading as Telkom. <br> I am unhappy with the service and product. I would like to cancel this contract.
