SellDirect

i ordered a Huawei P40Lite5G via SellDirect with Telkom, but they delivered a P40Lite, i have been calling ther line no answer. a lady called me trying to active the phone, i explained to her that this is not the phone i ordered, she said i should send pictures via email that i havent opened the phone, i did send them, to this day no reply and the phone is still unopened. please help
