sell direct stupid sales team

<p>I just want to know who trains these people, because no one knows their terms and conditions. I was phoned and told that its time to upgrade and i took the p9 lte, received it on friday 2nd September, phoned on Monday 5th September for the sim activation. Some guy told me it will happen after 24 hours, on the 6th i phoned again and was told 48hours, but she thinks it will only avtivate after my old contract ends. What kind of stupid answer is that from sales? I mean why do you send me a phone and then it doesnt have a purpose at my house. </p>
