SELL DIRECT SERVICE IS SHOCKING

Sell Direct respond to these reviews saying they will contact you, but THEY NEVER CALL BACK! Their service is shocking. I Will Never Deal With Them Again. I have tried to get my contract they signed me for revised, as they have charged me too much. I have called their number 7 times and left details of my problem, no-one has ever called me back with a solution! Please always ask for a name and company name when you are called by a call centre to up-grade your Telkom contract . Sell direct sold me an up-grade on my Telkom Data/Internet WITHOUT identifying themselves as an agent of Telkom and not actually Telkom. The consultant, Mish (Mishka) assured me at least 3 times that I would get Netflix with their Double data LTE promo....which includes a free router and LIT box that makes my TV into a Smart TV. I am being invoiced extra for the Router and You Cannot Get Netflix On A Telkom Lit Box I called Sheldon at Sell Direct 4 times, he said he would get his manager- Farouk- to call me back, he has not! 3 weeks later and huge frustration and I still have not had my complaint rectified!!!
