Sell Direct pathetic service delivery

I recently upgraded my Telkom service and sell direct arranged to have my pack delivered to me. When they arrived at my office I was unavailable to meet with them. They left and never returned and it's gone over one month since.<br> <br> I have tried calling their offices on *** / *** and their phone just rings and no one answers. <br> <br> I have absolutely no other method of contacting them.....
