Sell Direct - No Service

I was offered a contract by Sell Direct. Its been a month now and my contract has not been activated. I cannot get hold of anyone on the number provided in their brochure. It just rings no matter what time I try. I would like my sim card activated. Please tell me what the problem is? I visited a Telkom Mobile store and they could find no record of this contract. <br> Does this company still exist? Will I be debited at the end of July even though my contract is not activated?<br> Can someone please contact me urgently.
