Sell Direct Marketing - Worst Company Ever

Actually zero stars from me. This is the most unpleasant and aggressive company I have ever dealt with in my life. They flatly refuse to take me off their database. The last agent who called me said he had access to my confidential Cell C accounts and knew exactly how much I was spending per month etc. When I told him he was quite incorrect, he basically said I had no idea about what my own accounts looked like. The agents are rude and uninformed, how they can possible think that this is going to get a client to sign a new contract is quite beyond me. They actually work on the bs/fear factor to sell deals. Complaining to their management results in all the normal platitudes, but still they phone me about 4 times per week. I believe they are an FSP - if so they should have to work to certain rules, which they don't. Next step for me? The ombudsman, I think. The whole thing is just *****. In the beginning, when they would announce Sell Direct Marketing, I presumed they meant Cell (C) marketing. Then they would describe my accounts, never once correcting my presumption. Just devious, if you ask me.
