Sell direct marketing to cancel my cellphone contract.

Telkom is threatning to take me to Credit beaureu due to a cellphone contract i entered with Sell Direct Marketing which Sell direct marketing collected it after i reported them to CGSO. The case is now with National Consumer Commission but i am still getting threats from Telkom. Sell direct marketing never activated it but debit orders were deducted from my account. I would like telkom to deal with Sell direct marketing and clear my name.
