Sell Direct Marketing.... more like telephonic con artists

Some of the worst people I have ever dealt with. First they pester you to take a new contract. Then, if you take one, they pester you to take insurance. It takes them weeks to deliver your phone (the driver doesn't ask for ID or proof of residence as stated on the call, so your phone can go to ANYONE), and then you struggle to get your SIM card activated. I have been trying for well over a week now. First I get told that my model phone is not on Telkom's list yet (but you sold it on their behalf???), and now their numbers don't work. I am therefore sitting with a phone and SIM card I can't use. Sell Direct Marketing is a perfect example of how this country is going to pot. I thought Vodacom and MTN provided bad service, but these guys are much worse. How can Telkom be affiliated with people like these? It is absolutely appalling and disgusting the disregard they have for their customers.
