Sell Direct Marketing Lies

I was called by a consultant and told that they can see I'm spending a certain amount and the could offer me a once off deal whereby I get an additional 500mb data, 3000 min telkom to telkom calls and 70 min any network min per month. Iwhen in doubt the lady said that I had 7 days to cancel the deal after I received it if not happy. It was delivered to me last week Thursday. On Friday I received a call to confirm that I received the device and Iwas told that it would be active within 24 ours. 70 hours later it became active and I discovered that it wasn't what I've been promised after calling telkom to find out from them. They advices me to call Sell direct marketing. The lady that I spoke to was extremely annoyed with me me and very unhelpful. Now I want to say. I AM NOT HAPPY. PLEASE COLLECT YOUR STUFF ASS I AM NOT HAPPY AND NOT INTERESTED IN THE DEAL. YOUR MARKETING STRATEGY IS BASED ON LIES,!!!
