Sell Direct Marketing is the most ***********,rude company I have ever dealt with. I want them to come get their WiFi router back but cannot get hold of them.

I got a WiFi router from sell direct,I called their offices but I found this rude lady who refused to any answer questions saying I should phone later because the lady who called me the first time was not at work at the time of the call. Every time I call they promise to call me back but never do. They are very ***** and they do not want to be asked questions and they make sure the call is as short as possible and they even cut the call if you try to talk to them. I just want them to come and take their WiFi router as I feel that they are not helpful and if I experience problems with their router they will not help me but they will continue debiting my account. I tried calling Telkom and they did not help, all they did was to tell me about hello peter. I feel that Telkom needs to do something with sell direct and not shift responsibility to hellopeter.
