Sell Direct Marketing does not deliver

During my recent interaction with a consultant at Sell Direct Marketing I was told "You sent me a threatening e-mail" Last time I checked, clients have the right to inform of their next intentions. I kept asking on e-mail for alternative options to the contract that was sold however, no response with the exception of referring me back to Telkom mobile self help options. My entire experience with Sell Direct Marketing has made me to feel belittled, ******** and less than a client who had just signed up a contract with them.

I Wish I had never ever signed up with Sell Direct Marketing. I Wish I had never answered their call.
