Sell direct is nonsense and bull***

Nonsense market company or whatever it is.. I recommend no one to do a business with sell direct because of poor communication and misunderstanding with telkom.. I made an upgrade last month July i called telkom for an upgrade and i got what i wanted but to my surprise when my order was delivered i got two phones one from telkom and on from sell direct.. I didn't know what was happening i couldn't get hold of sell direct.. I spent 7 days hoping to find a call from both companies but none of them called then i went to telkom store near me and they said they cant help me i have to call sell direct to cancel and for collection of they're phone.. But i have been waiting since even now.. Today telkom sent me a bill that i don't know about or have any idea... I'm so stressed because the bill isn't even close to what i made an upgrade
