Sell Direct is a ********** business.

Complete and utter sh*t service and deliverance. I have been having consistent problems with them for over 2 months now !! 2 MONTHS !! I keep getting **** to, consistently being told that they will deliver the right phone after delivering the wrong one. HOW F*CKING DIFFICULT IS IT TO SWAP OUT THE F*CKING WRONG PHONE. I was promised one phone and got another. They are willing to some and collect the phone, but not willing to swap the phone. How ridiculous and pathetic is that ?! I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP WITH THEIR BULLSHI*T ! Do not use Sell Direct and do not open a contract with telkom.
