sell direct extremely poor service levels

Hi all <br> <br> I have a complaint regarding sell direct, an agent phoned me a week ago regarding a contract for a tablet which I took up after confirming my banking details. With the agent but so many days have passed and no delivery as been received. I have wasted so much of airtime trying to contact them on their number *** and after the voice prompts the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have also sent emails to the email address provided but no response. If any 1 can help me please email me back on [Email Removed]
