SELL DIRECT BAD SERVICE

<p>I would like to warn everyone not to take any contracts through Sell Direct! I was phoned about 2 weeks ago by a consultant who offered me a very good deal on a Huawei P9 light. He had all my information of my existing contract that I have with Telkom mobile and this was offered as a "Special offer " for existing telkom mobile customers.... I took the contract and I asked for a black phone and was told that wont be a problem as they are the most common. I then phoned the next week to see when my phone would come and it took about 10 phone calls to find out when this would be and they promised it would be with me before the end of the week. When Friday came I phoned again a couple times and I could not get through, eventually a lady phoned me and told me they dont have stock and I will get it "next week"! Today I recieved my package obviously very exited, only to find that I recieved a GOLD phone....... I have tried phoning over 30 times with no answer..... I phoned telkom and they say they can't help me because I took the contact direct????? WHY is telkom using Sell Direct if they are so useless??? I have unfortuantely only seen the bad reviews of Sell Direct now when I googled them.</p> <p> </p> <p>What are my options? I DONT WANT A GOLD PHONE!!! I have to sit with something I dont like for 2 years?? I don't think this is fair........</p>
