Sell direct and Telkom give bad service

Initially when I got a call I thought it's from Telkom, since he told me my contract is up for an upgrade which I know, so I continued with the other given, that was last week Tuesday the 28th November 2017, today is Tuesday the 5th of December 2017, and nothing, no delivery no phone call. I tried phoning them but no one picks up the phone. Now I don't know what to do... So disappointed. And I'm kicking myself for agreeing to this....
