SELL DIRECT - A ******* TO TELKOM CLIENTS

I was contacted by sell direct during november for an upgrade. The upgrade weere incorrectly done . I called them regarding the incorrect contract agreement , I wasw told that they will have to retrieve the call till to date im still awaiting their feedback. I am charged double since december. Telkom advise that they cannot be held liable or cannot assist their clients that had deals with sell direct. NOT ONLY DO THEY SELL AND BILL INCORRECT THEIR STAFF ARE RUDE MAYBE THEY GET PAID TO BE RUDE AND INEFFICIENT .DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY...
