<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been trying now for more than a week to get in touch with you to arrangento return an order but no one answers your switchboard or calls me back as promised by the voice recording on your switchboard. Please can you get in touch with me. I've been a loyal customer of you for years and have always been able to reach you before if I had problems.</p>
