RENEWED TELKOM CONTRACTS VIA SELL DIRECT

<p>An agent contacted me from Sell Direct posing as Telkom and had all my details regarding my expired Telkom contracts. After much debating I agreed to resign the contracts with one being a Data 15gig with an LTE wireless modem. The delivery of the modem was prompt, however the sim card is still not activated. I have been shunted from pillar to post between Sell Direct and Telkom to the point where I am considering cancelling the deal. This matter has been going on since 23 September. TELKOM PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY - THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING.</p>
