Renewed Telkom Contract

A lady by the name Nazrin form Sell Direct phoned me nonstop to renew my expired cell phone contract, I have decided to accept the offer. I was promised to receive my phone in 14 working days. I never received the phone. I have tried to get hold of her by phoning the call centre but no one bothered to phone my back, and the reception line rings until the line goes dead. I phoned Telkom to assist but they said that my contract was not upgraded?? I received a call last week from a lady from Sell Direct informing me that the courier wanted to deliver my phone but could not get hold of me. I said to her that no one phoned me at all, she said that she would give my message to Nazrin to phone me and rearrange delivery. I am still waiting …. What can I do? Can anyone help me?
