Promises made that were not met

I was phoned by a Selldirect agent about two to three weeks ago telling me what a loyal customer I am to Telkom Mobile and because I am such a loyal customer that they would like to offer me a Huawei 8 inch media pad tablet for R89 a month including 1GB of data per month whereas the normal price of the tablet is R300. I later found out that this is not the case as when I went onto the Telkom website it was R89 for all Telkom customers and not just the loyal ones anyway, to top it all off I recieved the tablet but was not told by the agent that the person delivering the tablet had to RICA the sim card on delivery in order for it to be a contract sim and so that I could recieve my 1GB of data each month so I RICA'd the sim card myself which has now made it a prepaid sim card where I need to buy airtime for it instead of receiving my 1GB of data each month I phone and Phone and phone but you people never answer your phones to sort ut the problem please sort this out as I feel it is unfair of you to expect me to pay R89 for a tablet that is supposed to come with 1GB of data each month and it doesnt
