Poor Servicve

<p>My fiance recived a phone from them on 26 Jan 2017, he decided that he doesn`t want the cell phone and wanted to return it to Sell direct. He tried to contact them on the tell no provided but can not get trough to them . The pnone just rings and then later cuts of, ********** and ********** . Eventually somebody contacted him on 30 Jan 2017, to enquire about the activation of the sim card for the phone. He then told the lady (Tasliema) that he wants to return the phone. She said that they will send someone to come and collect it. Nobody to this day has come to collect the phone. He also send an email to them to enquire about this. No reply. I also tried to phone them today to collect the phone on above - mentione numbers,,, no answer. It been a week now waiting for sell direct to collect the phone!!!!</p>
