Poor service from Selldirect

I will never buy anything from selldirect again, their consultants doesn't know how to talk to a customer and they make decisions on behalf of a customer. We have a right to complain as customers if we not setisfied by the service but for them it's like you doing the wrong thing. They must learn to be good to customer's and explain in a good manner.
