Poor Service from Selldirect

Selldirect sent me handheld device. Handheld device has a fault, i then called their call center to report the issue. Was then advised to take to Telkom walkin store, i took it to Telkom store in Kenilworth center Cape Town gentleman in the store told me that, they don't book selldirect hardware i must call Selldirect. I told the gentleman i have been sent by Selldirect. Unfortunately i could not call selldirect while i was in the store because was the weekend as they don't work on weekends. Selldirect service sucks
