poor service ever

Selldirect has very bad service i wont recomment anyone to have business with telkom ,they only cares about sales not the customer .I think i call more than 1o numbers since i hve recived my device so they can assist with insurance they have given me more than 10 numbers .On those numbers not even 1 did i get assistance from they always give another number of department to call with no luck.The serbvice is so poor ,their emails are not working ,some numbers are incorrect but the consultant ewill keep on giving you the same number .You are a big compay and we expect you to do right by us but you are failing us .I used to defend you when people were saying bad things about you services but it seems like they were telling the truth.Maybe if you teach you cvustomers what does customer service means .Then people will take you seriously
