Poor service- Deliver not done as per agreement

I have been contacted by a consultated from Sell direct Market on behalf of Telkom with regards to my due updgrate smart phone. they offered a Samsung tablet smart phone which I agreed and advised to have it corriered to my work address on the 19 March 2018, To date i have not recevied the tablet and no communication of whatsoever from Sell direct Market, their landline just ring with no respond . Please advise if the tablet will ever be delivered? I am afraid I might find myself paying for things I did not receive
