Poor Service

The lady who answers the phone should be fired. She is possibly the most unhelpful, arrogant human being I have ever had to deal with and is incapable of helping or following through with what she says. She laughs at the other end of the phone and acts like she has all the facts when she has no history of what's been checked or spoken about. Someone named Cameron called me to upgrade both my numbers and as lovely as she was has only processed one order. I cannot get in touch with anyone due to it being a call center and telkom won't help me for fear of duplicating the order or contract. I think their service is shocking and if they have not called under the false pretence of being directly with telkom I would never have opted to use a third party. They promised to get someone to assist me with insurance on the devices, that was never done. Yet they called me back to try and sell me a Sim card to add to my contract.
