Poor first time impression
I was expecting a router, 2 phones and 2 power banks.
To my surprise I got only the router, it was gonna be an excellent turn-around time if all the items where delivered today.
I do need the rest of the items, please make means

How did your company survive this long? This time you have outdone yourselves, you got the company name and contact details all wrong. Is this how you run your business day to day? Is the personnel even trained at all? I mean from the call centre to the courier guys, its just informal business to them, they are doing us all a favor.
Hello, your company name is SellDirect, emphasis on "Sell". This doesn't closing a sell to make a commission, it also implies after sale support to build a strong brand that sells itself.
By the way today I received yet another 1 phone 1 power bank, after being charged for 2 power banks already.
