Phones not answered! no acknowledgement on emails

Goodday<br> Hope I can be helped from this platform. I took out a contract with Selldirect a few months ago.I also insured the handset. Unfortunately the cellphone was ******. I managed to block the sim and handset. I have been trying to get hold of Selldirect people for the past 4 weeks telephonically, the phones are not answered at all. I have 3 numbers or theirs, ***/***/ ***. No response!!!! This past week I resorted to emailing them. I received a missed call at 17:34 (whilst my phones battery was dead) so I could not answer. that was the only (failed) response from them after the email. I tried to call again, to no avail. I am paying insurance and somehow I cannot get hold of the people that so smoothly persuaded me to take out the contract? it is pathetic! Hello Peter, I hope you can help me here.
