Paying almost double what I agreed on with sell direct/Telkom

<p>I have a contract with Telkom/sell direct which I took about 2 months ago or so . The agreement was I get 5G of WiFi and 10G at night and I will pay R149.00 per month. Strange to me on the first month they deducted R299 which I queried and they promised to sort it out, 2nd month they deducted some other amount I can't remember around R259 and I still contacted the call center and they said they can't fix it but they will call me back, I still haven't received any call. I only took the contract because I was told it's R149.</p>
